News is reported to have reached St. Petersburg to-day to the effect that 21 men of the Panteleimon (ex-Kniaz Potemkin) seized a cutter, and after landing at Berenzan Island, where Lieutenant Schmidt was executed, planted the red flag there. Revolutionary meetings are said to have been held on board various vessels of the Black Sea fleet. Reinforcements have been sent from Odessa to Sevastopol.
