The Council of Ministers will ask the Imperial Duma to vote a sum of 120,250,000 roubles (about £12,025,000) for the construction of four new battleships to be built between 1911 and 1915. The new ships will be called the Sebastopol, the Petropavlovsk, the Gangut, and the Poltava.
