One of the two divers employed in the work of salving the Russian submarine KAMBALA, the sinking of which was reported in The Times yesterday, has been drowned. Salvage operations have been stopped for the present. The official report of the disaster which has been issued in St. Petersburg states that the KAMBALA was rammed by the ROSTISLAF, which was following the flagship PANTELEIMON.
