The wireless telegraph station established by the Russian naval and military authorities at Odessa is in connexion with Kieff, Schmerinka, and Sevastopol, and messages can be forwarded to all the warships in the Black Sea. It is intended ultimately to allow Russian and other private ships to use the stations.
