VLADIVOSTOK, DEC. 28.* The Commandant of the Fortress has confirmed the sentences passed by the Court-martial on the 73 men charged with having taken part in the armed mutiny on board the gunboat Mandjour. Five of the accused are condemned to death, 16 to penal servitude for life, 26 are placed in convict divisions, and 6 in disciplinary battalions, while the remaining 20 are discharged.
