London Times, 12 November 1906, p. 7: NAVAL AND MILITARY INTELLIGENCE (Excerpt) A Brest telegram says that the Russian naval division, under Rear-Adm. Bostroem, consisting of the battleships CESAREVITCH and SLAVA and the cruiser BOGATYR, anchored in the roads on Saturday morning. The CESAREVITCH exchanged salutes with the land batteries and the French battleship JAURÉGUIBERRY, of the Northern Squadron.
