SEVASTOPOL, AUG. 17.* The Commander-in-Chief of the Black Sea Fleet has commuted the sentences of four of the men condemned to death for participation in the naval mutiny at Sevastopol last November to 20 years’ penal servitude. The other sentences pronounced by the Court-martial have been confirmed.
