London Times, 3 October 1911, p. 3: THE GROUNDING OF A RUSSIAN BATTLESHIP. (FROM OUR OWN CORRESPONDENT.) ST. PETERSBURG, OCT. 6. According to the correspondent at Sevastopol of the Novoe Vremya, the injuries sustained by the battleship Panteleimon in grounding off Constanza are serious. Her sideplates have parted, the hull is indented, and the boilers displaced. The battleship Evstafi also grounded, but was floated off uninjured.
