London Times, 6 August 1910, p. 5: RUSSIA: A DESTROYER’S GUNNERY PRACTICE. (FROM OUR OWN CORRESPONDENT.) ST. PETERSBURG, AUG. 5. The destroyer Raziachtiy, during gunnery practice off Reval, sent five shots into the little seaside resort of Koppel. The inhabitants fled, panic-stricken. Happily nobody was hurt. The projectiles did slight damage to some houses and a church. The destroyer was firing from the wrong side of a target, and the shots flew high.
