Two cruisers of the Novik type are anchored off the Winter Palace for public inspection, as they have been built by public subscription.

Admiral Birileff has called a council of admirals to decide what to do with the interned warships. Admiral Nebogatoff and his captains will be cashiered; the officers will be tried by Court-martial.

ODESSA, SEPT. 6.*

A telegram from Sevastopol states that four sailors of the crew of the Russian warship Pruth, who mutinied recently in the Black Sea and were sentenced to death by Court-martial, were executed to-day.
