VLADIVOSTOK, DEC. 2.* The trial of the 203 men accused of complicity in the mutiny of the battalion of sappers here on October 29 was concluded to-day. Twenty were condemned to be shot, 34 sentenced to penal servitude, 88 to be transferred to the prisoners’ detachment, 53 to service in a disciplinary battalion, and two to confinement in a military prison. A peasant was also condemned to be hanged. Five of the accused were acquited.
