SEVASTOPOL, DEC. 19.* Judgment was passed to-day on 15 sailors who, after taking part in the mutiny on board the Kniaz Potemkin in June, 1905, took refuge in Rumania, but returned later to Russia and voluntarily gave themselves up to the authorities. One man was sentenced to four years’ penal servitude, and the remainder to be enrolled in disciplinary corps for periods ranging from six months to two years.
